With time, he was recruited by MedPartners where he served as the vice president. While at MedPartners, Rick Shinto was in charge of medical management. Afterwards, Rick Shinto moved to Cal Optimal where he was assigned the role of senior medical officer. He has also worked at NAMM California where he was in charge of the medical management.
